  • We have set a 3-night minimum stay with a 2-day block in-between new guest bookings.  An update will be posted if this changes.
  • Two registered adult guests only are allowed on the premises;
  • Our property has a no smoking policy;
  • While we have one dog of our own, pets are not allowed;
  • Unfortunately, the apartment is not handicapped-accessible as our guests will need to walk up a flight of stairs;
  • Guests may walk around and explore our property in the front and back yards, and seasonal firepit enjoyment.  Access is not permitted to the deck on the main house;
  • Guests should not leave food outdoors as this could attract area wildlife; 
  • Self check-in is anytime after 3PM; 
  • Check-out is 11 a.m.; and 
  • We adhere to the cancellation policies outlined with our various booking agents.
